US Visa

The United States of America provides two years multiple-entry Visa B1/B2 to Nigerians seeking to travel for Business (B1), Tourism and/or Medical purposes (B2). However, since many people wind up doing both, the two Visas are often issued together as a joint B1/B2 Visa.

This means you can visit the country several times on both business trips and vacations if you want, and you won’t have to worry about the details.

To apply for a Nonimmigrant US Visa, be it your first visa application or a renewal, the following documents must be well prepared and provided before your Visa interview:

  •  International Passport with at least six months validity beyond your period of stay in the U. S.
  •  Complete the Nonimmigrant Visa Application form DS-160.
  •  Upload a specific size of passport photograph while completing the form.
  • Provide receipt of payment for the Visa Application.
  • Evidence of Hotel reservation if you have no host in the US.
  • Return flight Reservation (to show your intent to return to your home country)
  • Tax Clearance Certificate/card (for Business owner)
  • CAC Certificate (For Business owner)
  • Employment letter (For employee)
  • 6 months Bank statement/pay slip (to prove your ability to cover the cost of the trip)
  • Documents showing the purpose of your trip and other documents which would be required if your trip is being sponsored.

Proper documentation is key to a successful Visa application.

Hence, we will cautiously guide you all through the process by ascertaining your eligibility, inform you about other documents that would be required if you are being sponsored by a company or someone in Nigeria or abroad.

We will also assist you in completing the Visa Application Form DS-160, secure your interview date and other logistics such as hotel booking and flight reservation as stipulated above.

NB: We will help you secure a confirmed and verifiable flight reservation from our flight portal (https://elevetours.com/flights/) free of charge.

You may choose to pay for the flight when your visa is approved.
